# Introduction

LoomieLive allows you to have video calls as an avatar. It works in conjunction with most desktop video conferencing applications. This document covers installation and usage.

## Overview

LoomieLive allows you to have video calls as an avatar. It works within  desktop video conferencing applications, replacing the webcam with our avatar. 

LoomieLive comes with several standard avatars. Personalized avatars can be brought in from our "Loomie” mobile app, available on iOS and Android. In Loomie, you can create and edit personalized avatars. 

If you use the same login method with both applications, your LoomieLive application will include your Loomie avatars - available on iOS and Android.
