# Introduction ## Overview LoomieLive allows you to have video calls as an avatar. It works within desktop video conferencing applications, replacing the webcam with our avatar. LoomieLive comes with several standard avatars. Personalized avatars can be brought in from our "Loomie” mobile app, available on iOS and Android. In Loomie, you can create and edit personalized avatars.
